An 80-year-old female patient, a known case of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) with a history of long-term oxygen therapy (LTOT) due to chronic type 2 respiratory failure, was transported via inter-hospital transfer from AIIMS Delhi to AIIMS Bhopal.
