Neonatal Transportation From Jaswant Rai Speciality Hospital, Meerut to Base Hospital, Delhi

A 10 days Old Pre mature/very low birth weight baby was admitted in MERRUT hospital (JASWANT RAI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL).
The baby had history of:
- high grade fever (PNEUMONIA) with breathing difficulty
- baby was electives intubated and put on ventilator. On basis of clinical and pathological reports, the patient was diagnosed- Aspiration PNEUMONIA. Baby was on multiple Drugs through infusion pumps.
The baby was shifted to a hospital in Delhi for further treatment by NICU Road AMBULANCE with very much expert medical team (A DOCTOR-critical care specialist, EMT-expert and we'll experience).
temperature of baby was maintain with the help of incubator . It was done with the help of a special .Baby was on continuous ventilator and oxygen support with monitoring. Baby was safely shifted to Base hospital in Delhi.
Important features of the transportation:
- Baby was very very sick
- All most all parameters of vitals was very much abnormal (high grade fever with very high pulse rate)
- Baby had vomiting tendency--so chances of aspiration was more.
- It was a completely BED TO BED transportation-means once we took baby on our life saving system in Meerut and was fully connected up to hospital in Base hospital
- It was a safe transportation and uneventful.
