How Things Happen in Train Ambulance?

The video shows that how things happen in train ambulance, how patient is adjusted on normal berth in normal coach. As video is showing that there is no special train, even no special coach is available for the patient, we even cannot fit stretcher in train coach and the patient is adjusted on available coach berth with all the necessary medical equipment along with the doctor.
