Seamless Inter-Hospital Transfer of a Post-Craniotomy Patient

A 50-year-old female, recently operated for a high-grade supratentorial brain tumor, was transferred safely from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Rohini to Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Punjabi Bagh for further specialized neurocritical care and oncological planning.
After undergoing a successful craniotomy and initial stabilization in the ICU, the patient required continued care involving post-operative neuro-monitoring, rehabilitation, and adjuvant oncology workup.
The transfer was meticulously handled by Life Savers Ambulance Services using a fully equipped Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ambulance. The patient was accompanied by a critical care physician and an experienced paramedic, ensuring seamless monitoring of vitals, oxygen support, IV therapy, and emergency preparedness throughout the journey.
These high-dependency transfers emphasize the value of a skilled transport team, strong hospital-to-hospital coordination, and a patient-focused strategy that prioritizes continuity of care.
Appreciation to the entire Life Savers team for delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate transport solutions for critically ill patients.
