Paralyzed Patient Shifted From Mumbai To Kochi in Lifesavers Train Ambulance


An old man with right side paralysis of upper and lower limb and with a history of fits, was shifted from Mumbai to Kochi by Lifesavers train ambulance. During transportation, the patient had few episodes of fits followed by deterioration in conscious level. Immediately an anti-epilepsy injection was given. The patient required continuous oxygen support due to which he was put on oxygen till he reached Kochi. His conscious level became better, after which there were no fits. He was shifted safely to Kochi railway station where an ICU ambulance was waiting to take him to the hospital.
