A 75-year-old female, diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia associated with a pleural effusion, was maintained on continuous oxygen support. Given her concurrent cardiac comorbidities, including suspected heart failure, her condition necessitated transfer to a higher center for specialized management. She was transported from Regency Hospital, Kanpur, to Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. The inter-state transfer was carried out by Life Savers critical care ambulance services, with continuous hemodynamic monitoring, oxygen supplementation, and emergency resuscitation measures readily available throughout the journey to ensure patient stability.
