ACLS From Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

A 60-year-old male patient with a known history of chronic pulmonary disease presented with an acute exacerbation secondary to a confirmed H1N1 influenza virus infection. The viral pneumonia led to progressive hypoxemic respiratory failure, culminating in severe respiratory distress syndrome. Due to escalating oxygen requirements and impending respiratory fatigue, the patient was electively intubated and initiated on mechanical ventilatory support. For advanced respiratory care and tertiary management, he was subsequently transferred from Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
